BEIJING, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping and Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa announced here on Thursday upgrading the two countries' relations to an all-weather community with a shared future.
The announcement was made during Xi's meeting with Mnangagwa, who is in China for commemorations marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
